Information you share
When you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and project information you provide to answer your inquiry, discuss a contract, or deliver our services. Contractual, accounting, and tax obligations may require us to retain related records.
Cookies and browser storage
This static website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It uses local storage on your device: cloudbrain-language remembers a language you select until you clear it; cloudbrain-cookie-notice remembers dismissal of the notice for up to one year. These preferences are not sent to us. Automatic browser-language detection works without saving a choice. You can reopen the notice from the footer, and remove stored preferences through your browser settings. If storage is blocked, the site still works, but your choices may not persist.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, and requested URLs, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request and your IP address. Email, phone, WhatsApp, and product links open their respective services, whose privacy policies apply when you use them. This page does not embed analytics or advertising trackers.
Use and retention
We use inquiry information to communicate with you and provide requested services. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable record-keeping obligations.
