Information you share
When you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and project information you provide to answer your inquiry, discuss a contract, or deliver our services. Contractual, accounting, and tax obligations may require us to retain related records.
Cookies and browser storage
The cloudbrain-language preference is saved in local storage and in a first-party language cookie for up to one year so the server can open your selected language on your next visit. Your cookie choice is saved in local storage as cloudbrain-consent for up to one year. Analytics cookies are set only if you select “Accept analytics”. The private administration area uses a separate essential session cookie for sign-in and security. You can change your choice from “Cookie settings” in the footer and remove saved preferences in your browser settings.
Google Analytics
With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits and how pages are used. Google sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID>, which by default are kept for up to two years, and processes information such as your shortened IP address, device and browser data, and the pages you visit. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer; we then delete the analytics cookies set for this website.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, and requested URLs, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts are served from this website; no third-party font service is contacted. Email, phone, WhatsApp, and product links open their respective services, whose privacy policies apply when you use them. This website contains no advertising trackers.
Use and retention
We use inquiry information to communicate with you and provide requested services. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information for marketing. Service providers may process information where needed to provide hosting, communication, or other contracted services.
Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to processing.
