Development work. A background in cybersecurity.

Behind CloudBrain

Gellért Levente Mayer is the founder of CloudBrain, an independent digital studio based in Kolárovo, also known by its Hungarian name Gúta, Slovakia. He develops websites, WooCommerce stores, custom WordPress plugins and integrations between business systems. Alongside client projects, this development work also extends to CloudBrain’s own digital products.

The starting point is how a business actually operates: who uses the solution, where the data comes from, which processes need to connect, and what should happen when something goes wrong. These answers define the scope of the work and the technical implementation. CloudBrain communicates with clients in Hungarian, Slovak and English.

Ethical hacking and fraud prevention

His professional background includes cybersecurity and protection against banking fraud. An interview with Forbes Hungary introduces him as an ethical hacker who helps clients as an independent entrepreneur. The conversation also traces the beginnings of his interest in computing: he received his first computer at fourteen and later turned to ethical hacking.

His public commentary also covers how financial fraud and online scams work. On the Bochkor radio show, he spoke as a cybersecurity specialist about the methods used by fraudsters and the options for protection. The Forbes interview and the radio discussion are available through the links below.

Topics in CloudBrain’s Insights
